Days 1-4 | Khwai Concession, Botswana

A short bush flight from Maun and you'll be in the Khwai area in no time! A scattering of palm-dotted islands, floodplains and woodlands make up this unique landscape. The Khwai concession is known for it's abundant wildlife, especially predators, including leopard, lion and the rare wild dog. During the day, you'll enjoy game drives, walking safaris and mokoro safaris (water levels permitting) on the search for Africa’s wildlife. An additional virtue of this area is that you can also head off on night drives and get an up-close and personal experience with some of Africa’s nocturnal and more elusive animals.

Khwai Leadwood

Days 4-7 | Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park, Zambia

Paradise awaits at your next destination! Choose to spend your days relaxing on the floating deck and traversing the Zambezi river by boat, or explore the area of Livingstone and Victoria Falls and get swept away by the many activities on offer. From bungee jumping to helicopter rides, there's something for everyone to enjoy and make the most of this area.

Thorntree River Lodge

Days 7-10 | Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe

Finish your African adventure in a private concession in the heart of Hwange National Park, known as "the land of the giants", attracting large herds of elephants to the waterhole in front of the camp. A place where one moment you are sipping on your gin and tonic and listening to the distant baritone roar of a lion coalition on the hunt, and the next you are gazing over at a huge herd of elephants mere meters away, peacefully sharing a sundowner with you. Explore the legendary Hwange National Park with walking safaris, game drives, birding and cultural visits - all are included in your stay and led by qualified and passionate guides who will share their wonder and wisdom of the African bush with you.
