On this 7-day guided safari you overnight in charming accommodations and you experience a classic Botswana lodge safari. Explore the Chobe National Park on land and on water and observe tremendous herds of elephants in the process. Travel deep into the mysterious Savuti region and learn about this area renowned for its high number of predators. Game drives in the famed Moremi Game Reserve, home to the Big 5, crown an eye-opening safari adventure.

Together with your guide, you will spend time on extensive game drives in some of the most wildlife-rich areas in Southern Africa. Days 1-3 | Chobe Forest Reserve & National Park

You will be met and transferred from your hotel in Victoria Falls and driven across the border to Kasane and onto Chobe National Park you'll enjoy an afternoon boat cruise, witnessing elephants, hippos, and buffalos in and around the water’s edge, with the setting sun sparkling on the water, which stay with you forever. During the next couple of days you'll enjoy game drives in the National Park, idely regarded as having a higher density of elephants than anywhere else in the world and many can often be seen coming to the riverfront. You'll then make your way through the Chobe Floodplains and onto Chobe Forest Reserve, with lots of possible wildlife sightings to look forward to along the way.

Days 4-5 | Moremi & Savuti

Next up is the legendary Savuti, renowned for its fantastic game viewing and its varied landscapes. The region is particularly famed for its predators, so be on the lookout for any lions, leopards, or hyenas about. Continuining south you'll stay in the Moremi Game Reserve and explore its surrounding concession areas, . Depending on the time of year and presence of wildlife, you will explore either the famous Moremi Game Reserve, the bordering Khwai Region or the slightly lesser known but equally wildlife rich Mababe Depression. The whole region is home to the Big Five and has high numbers of elephants and buffalos with leopard and lion sightings fairly common too, as well as a substantial population of Africa’s most successful hunters: the African Wild Dog.

Days 6-7 | Chobe Forest Reserve & National Park

After a final morning game drive, you'll head to Maun where you have the rest of the afternoon to spend at your leisure. The lodge is beautifully located on the banks of the Thamalakane River, and you are invited to take a refreshing swim in the lodge’s swimming pool. Here you have the opportunity to take a scenic flight over the delta as an afternoon activity before waving goodbye to Botswana the next morning.
